If your shipping details are different from your billing details, be sure to enter these details correctly. If you don't enter the correct shipping details, the goods will be sent to the billing address. Be sure to read our terms and conditions for more information on returning goods.
If your country is not in our list then we unfortunately cannot ship to that country, please contact us for an alternative method of supply.

Currently, our prices exclude shipping. You will see estimated shipment and delivery dates in the e-mail we send you to confirm your order. We confirm all orders are shipped by FedEx worldwide door to door, or by Australia post within Australia
Shipment usually takes around 5 to 7 days. Please note that 6 x 150ml bottles is the most cost effective method to send by FedEx.
Once you have proceeded to purchase, you will see a screen thanking you for your order. You will see an order number and will be emailed a receipt of your order shortly thereafter.
Important Notice re: Customs Fees
Some countries (UK, the E.U., and Canada in particular) charge Customs fees or import duties on merchandise ordered from overseas. Please be aware that these charges are the customer's responsibility and are beyond our control.
We advise that you contact the relevant government body in your country (e.g. Customs & Excise) for information on what these charges might be.
By law, we have to declare the status (i.e. "merchandise" ) and the value of each parcel accurately. It is a criminal offence for us to make a false Customs declaration, so PLEASE do not ask us to mark your parcel as a gift or underestimate the value as we cannot do it! Thank you for your understanding.
Where do you ship to?
We ship to all locations within Australia amd most of our products can also be shipped internationally.
If your country does not appear on our list we cannot legally ship the products due to either:
1. Regulatory requirements of the country which prevent the sale of our products.
2. The existence of a Distribution Agreement in your country which prevents us from selling product via the Internet or Mail Order.
Please contact us to determine if we have a local Distributor operating in your country.

Shipping costs are based on the weight of the items in your Shopping cart.

* Please note: We cannot take responsibility for parcels that have not been signed for. Australia Post offers a maximum of $50 compensation for missing Standard or Express Post parcels, so if your order is over this amount, we strongly suggest choosing a postage method that requires a signature.

What if my order hasn't arrived in the estimated time?
If you're waiting to receive your parcel and you think it should have arrived by now:
· The delivery times listed above are from the time the parcel is dispatched, not from the time you place your order. So make sure you count the days from the dispatch date, not from the order date. Also, "working days" means Monday to Friday only, and doesn't include public holidays.
· Check at your local post office or mail centre to see if they are holding it there for you. Sometimes the posties forget to leave a card to tell you to pick the parcel up.
· If you are having the parcel delivered to work, check with your colleagues and with the mailroom to see if they have seen your parcel.
· Check your order tracking to make sure the shipping address was correct.
