Ordering Information
Placing an order for hair colors and cosmetics with Look as young as you
feel is easy. You simply login or register and create an account before you
purchase or hire your product.
We try and make it very simple for you to hire and buy quickly and easily
online. To register you simply follow the steps.
Enter your email - choose to login, create a new account or email us for a
password reminder
To register as a new customer
Step 1 confirm your email address
Step 2 choose your password
Step 3 Enter your details
You will need to enter your details including a phone number in case we need to phone you about your cosmetic or hair coloring order.
Step 4 Confirm if you want to receive our newsletters
about new or special offers
Step 5 - then simply submit your details to register
Add Items to your shopping cart
If you want to order an item from Look as young as you feel, click the "Add Item" button on the Product Information page. Once you've added an item such as a hair colour or cosmetics to your Shopping Cart, use the cart's navigation bar or the "Continue shopping" button to keep searching or browsing until your cart contains all of the items you want to order. You can access the contents of your Shopping Basket at any time by clicking the 'Update Basket' button. When you wish to check out and pay for your hair colors or cosmetics, please click on the "Proceed to Purchase" button.
Order Confirmation
Once you have proceeded to purchase, you will see a screen asking you to confirm you for your order. Follow the steps
1/ to confirm your order,
2/ confirm your delivery address,
3/ confirm a delivery method, we deliver within Australia
by Australia Post and for orders outside Australia we deliver by FedEx door
to door
4/ Confirm your payment method, we accept most credit
cards
5/ Then complete any special instructions
6/ confirm your acceptance of our terms and conditions
Our shopping cart provides you with full 128-bit SSL browser encryption via our own Secure Certificate. This means that all credit card information and personal details are fully secured at all times.
Verify the order
You then have the opportunity to verify your hire or buy order details and if any changes are needed make them now, otherwise simply click to follow the "purchase order" link.
If you are paying by Credit card, you will be taken to our secure payment gateway Direct One, where you will be asked to verify your order and proceed with payment.
Then simply follow the steps to enter your credit card details, note that we do not see your creditcard numbers and we have no access to them, all your data is processed securely by Direct One. Direct One is an approved internet payment gateway by all the major Australian banks.
All advertised proudcts are processed in Australian Dollar amounts.
Once you have entered your details and if payment is accepted you will be taken to a receipt page with details of the payment. You may print a copy of this page for your records.
Then simply follow the link back to Look as young as you feel the screen will then display a thankyou for the order, an order number for tracking purposes.
You also have the opportunity to print a copy of your invoice and continue shopping - We look forward to helping you get fit! And Thankyou for your Order!
